I love listening to anime opening/ ending theme songs!

Hello everyone! Did you have a good weekend? I enjoyed it by resting my tired body despite still being a ‘spring chicken’ as some of the older folks might say. Even though I am still in my mid-twenties I can already feel in my body that I am no longer very young and flexible as I used to be as a young teenager. It’s so sad 😦

Anyway… I decided on my own (I’m sorry my  blog followers for sometimes being such a fickle and spontaneous person) that I would write a blog post every other Sunday (at least try to) instead of every Sunday since I am not doing a good job as it is posting every Sunday. Today is Sunday and if you guessed that today’s post is related to things that I like and love/ what I’m doing with my life, then you’ve guessed right.

Anyway, today I wanted to mention that I have gotten into the habit of listening to (Japanese) anime opening and ending theme songs. If you are familiar with an anime otaku (nerd), or if you are one yourself, then you would know what I am talking about. Somewhere along the line with your obsession or interest with anime you will get into the habit of liking the anime theme opening and ending songs. As you watch your favourite anime you would then decide to download the song on your computer or save the song on your playlist on your phone  so you will be able to listen to it wherever you go. I have been into anime for quite a long time and the more I started to love anime and my obsession grew, I also started to download the theme songs and listened to them when I had nothing better to do. Happy first of June and here’s another poem!

Hello, my precious followers and new comers, happy 1st of June! The beginning of a new month, and we all know when Junes comes around what it really means. SUMMER!!! Am I right or am I right?!…I cannot believe it is the already the 1st June and also it is half of the year 2015! Time sure does fly. Furthermore, today makes the first month that I started my blog. So, I am quite glad that I even made it to a month. And that is thanks to many of you who follow me and those who continue to come back to read my blog 😀

Happy mother's Day

Well, today is Mother’s Day! I would like to wish a Happy Mother’s Day to my own mother and all mothers of the world, even those mothers whose children have already left the nest and expecting mothers. Although, Mother’s Day comes once a year, you should love and cherish your mother all year round.

Though I’m currently not on Saba to wish my mother a Happy Mother’s Day face to face, I intend to give her a call and read her a poem I wrote some time back, which I will share with you all as well. This is quite a metaphorical poem, which is something that I do not do very often except here and that is because I truly do love my mother ( Both of my parents actually) just as I love life itself and even more. I’m Finally Published!

Hello everyone! As you all may already know, or not, my first poetry book was published on January 8, 2015. I have been waiting for the day when I would get the chance to publish my work and I am really happy. No words can describe how happy I was when it was first published. I will be displaying one poem from my I’m Only Human poetry book called ‘I love you‘.

This poetry book expresses some of the emotions I have experienced growing up and those I have witnessed in others. These emotions may include love, self hate, contentment and more.
