Hello everyone! Happy Friday!! 😀 How was everyone’s week? Yet another week that just flew by so quickly without a second glance.

I have to say I am especially happy today. Do you perhaps know what it is that is making me happy? Can you guess? No it’s not because it’s Friday. Though, that’s also part of the reason. Well,… today, January 8th, makes exactly a year since I published my first mini poetry book I’m Only Human!! So my book has been out on the market for a year already! Oh my, how time flies! So, now you know why I’m so happy (>///<) just like these minions.

How can someone be this stupid!?

Hello everyone! It’s Wednesday! Almost the end of the week! Half way there anyway! How are you all? I am doing alright. I have been watching an anime (Noragami Aragoto) for a few hours today because I have not been watching anime back to back to back to back for quite some time. That is because I have gotten more into reading manga (Japanese comics). I should probably get back into it since it has been a while.

Anyway, today I would like to talk about a news story I came across just yesterday. It is about a woman who had won 188 Million dollars  (88 Million after taxes. That’s kind of a rip off! How does the tax office get more money than the winner? Did they help pay for the ticket? I don’t think so! *rolls eyes*) playing Powerball last year and what she does with the money is what you probably would not expect from someone who has won that amount of money. Do you know what she does? Take a guess? She blows it off on bailing out her good-for-nothing live in boyfriend out of jail. Not to mention every time she bails him out the price of the bail doubles in amount. Continue reading →

Hallo iedereen! I hope you all are doing well. Though the weekend seem to always pass by in a breeze that you never truly get to enjoy it but at least it is better than nothing, right?

Hello, all of you lovely people! Did you enjoy your weekend? Are you ready for the start of a brand new week? Today is my What I love/ What I do with my life Sundays. Today I would like to talk about my love for Japanese anime. Yes, I am an Otaku as the Japanese call it, known as nerd. Although to the Japanese it is considered an insult for us anime lovers in the Western countries it is a very proud fact!

To be honest when I was younger, like around 9 or 10 years old, I have always liked watching anime although at the time I was not aware it was Japanese anime until much, much later on. However, I just watched anime in those times because they were comedic and entertaining, not that it was an obsession.

RefugeesHello everyone! My readers and followers thank you for continuing to follow a silly person like me, lol. Actually, I was so sleepy that I fell asleep earlier and just woke back up a few moments ago in the early hours of the morning because I just remembered I did not make a blog post as yet. 😛 Oh dear me…

Anyway, this is my Opinion Wednesdays blog post (although it is no longer Wednesday 😛 ) and I would just like to take note of the serious cases of refugees trying to cross many country borders in Europe to get out of their difficult living situations in their own country. I can imagine how difficult it must be for them and not being allowed to get in. It must be so difficult for them leaving their home, travelling so many miles and many times on foot and risking death all for the sole purpose of getting into a country that will allow them to lead better lives, only to be refused and shut out. I feel so bad for those poor people but have no means of helping them myself so I can only pray for them. Continue reading →

obstaclesHello everyone. Is everyone doing well this fine day? I, unfortunately, am not having the best of days like I usually do. I am a bit in a foul mood today but I will not let it get in the way of me getting through the rest of the day. Anyway, today is my Opinion Wednesdays and I would like to briefly discuss a few things, I believe, that some girls and women have experienced while growing up just because of the simple fact that they were born female.

There were many things people would tell us females we should do, say or act in order be seen as more feminine. And not acting in this certain way meant you disappointed some people and their beliefs. But who really cares?
