Hello, all of you lovely people! Did you enjoy your weekend? Are you ready for the start of a brand new week? Today is my What I love/ What I do with my life Sundays. Today I would like to talk about my love for Japanese anime. Yes, I am an Otaku as the Japanese call it, known as nerd. Although to the Japanese it is considered an insult for us anime lovers in the Western countries it is a very proud fact!

To be honest when I was younger, like around 9 or 10 years old, I have always liked watching anime although at the time I was not aware it was Japanese anime until much, much later on. However, I just watched anime in those times because they were comedic and entertaining, not that it was an obsession.

Hello my lovely fellow bloggers, followers and readers. Today is my Writing Related Fridays and so I would like to share with you just a piece of writing taken from one of the novels I have been writing for a while now called the Forlorn One. Today was a Wonderful Day!

Hello readers and followers! Although, today has not quite ended as yet, I have to say that it was a great day today! Well at least the evening was a really great part of my day 😀

Anyway, I am living with a good fiend of mine and he invited one of his friends over, a young opera singer called Luc, and we hit it off quite well considering it was our first time meeting. She recently graduated with her bachelors degree in Oprah singing at a Conservatorium (School of the Arts) in Rotterdam. She has really nice and strong vocals. I really like her voice.

Anyway, the friend I am currently living with is the type of person that loves almost any and everything related to music. He has a collection of musical instruments such as a drum set, both acoustic and electric guitars etc. as well as a loop pedal, a recording system, and microphones etc.So you can almost say that he is a music geek. Going to college vs. Not going to college

Hello readers and followers. I messed up again. I did not post anything on Sunday and I forgot to post as well as fell asleep on Wednesday again. Sunday I did not know what I should write, so I decided not write anything. For some reason I have fell out of my rhythm of writing regularly and it is proving a little difficult to get back into it. And being in my final year of college does not really help either. Oh well…

Anyway, today I will be making a blog post in place of yesterday which was supposed to be my Opinion Wednesdays and I wanted to touch on the subject if people should go to college or not. This question could sometimes be a very difficult question for some or it could be a very easy question to answer for others. I wanted to touch on this subject because some weeks ago I was having a Whats-app conversation with someone and they stopped going to college. She felt like college was not for her but still felt embarrassed and somewhat ashamed that she dropped out because people will most likely judge her for her decision. I still commend her for her attempt to try though. I can imagine that decision to stop might have been a difficult one especially because of the social pressures involved. Continue reading →
