How are you all? are you melting as much as I am in this heat?! Today is ridiculously HOT!!! I AM PRACTICALLY DYING! I do appreciate the warmer weather and do not want to seem ungrateful especially considering how cold it was in the winter… but DAMN! This sweltering heat is seriously drying me out!

Anyway, I know it has been a while since I last posted any of my own poems on my blog but thought it was just as much as a good time as any. FAREWELL

Do not try to whisper

Your sweet nothings into these ears of mine

Do not use that smooth silver tongue

To spout the despicable lies you speak

And do not use those eyes

To try and gaze upon me so tenderly

For I know what you truly want

You want to go treasure hunting

Don’t you?

Digging for precious jewels that you will find

Buried between these thighs (?),

But, I will not continue to be fooled

For I may have been fooled once…

I may have even been fooled twice…

But I refuse to be fooled trice

Therefore,

Adios…

Sayonara…

And good riddance.
